Temporary holiday status!
I'm still procrastinating re-editing my reports and the huge case study all due next Monday.
Currently on many many dramas now.

I just finished marathon-ing 46 episodes of 蘭陵王 (Prince of Lanling). I can't say that the story line was great (full of ideas similar to other dramas and quite "modern" for a period drama) but it was good enough to satisfy my cravings for 2013 period dramas. I have always had a soft spot for Ariel Lin, especially after the whole It Started With A Kiss or ISWAK as I acronym-ed it. But her voice-over annoyed me in this drama. I mean, yeah it's her real voice but she can't seem to express her lines as much as I expect it. I suppose if they picked it up on scene it'll definitely be much better but it probably meant more budget woes for the show so I compromise.

On Mondays I wait for 真愛黑白配 (Love Around) to come out. This is the second drama 胡宇威 and 陳庭妮 pair is working on after the huge success of 真愛趁現在 (Love, Now) in Taiwan. I watch both. I prefer Love Around as you can see that their acting clearly improved and their chemistry is better than before (after all the second drama they're working together). Another reason will be 真愛趁現在 was a tad too long for me, 72 episodes. As usual, I either skipped the draggy parts or speed-watched.

On Friday nights or Saturday, I watch 親愛的 我愛上別人了 (A Good Wife), 就是要你愛上我 (Just You) and  終極一班3 (K.O. One Re-act).

The first caught my attention because Singapore's Christopher Lee was in it. His acting is great. There is no doubt since he's in the field for so many years but the storyline is not exactly appealing. Think 犀利人妻(A Fierce Wife) the female version. Well not exactly too. The female lead (Tian Xin) was married to an architect (Chris Lee). She met a guy who is a bookshop owner and fell in love with him. Miscarriage two times, Chris Lee's family rich but Dad is like misogynistic. Okay I'm being harsh, he's a male chauvinist pig. Anyway she doesn't get any warmth from that family so she had an affair.

The second 就是要你愛上我 (Just You) was because of Aaron Yan. After his acting in 死神少女 (Gloomy Salad Days, yeah the name stumps me too), I thought he would have a better taste in his dramas. Apparently not. He jumps back on the boat of idol dramas. Sigh. What a waste.

The third is a new addition to the Zhong Ji series. Omg how long has passed since I started on the first 終極一班. I think it was probably in secondary one or two. I love their kuso element at first but now it's getting tiring I guess. Love their battle points concept and scenes though. (Next episode is gonna be nice!)

For Korean dramas I'm only watching Good Doctor. This is seriously the drama for 2013 (up to now). It talks about how the autistic male lead became a doctor in a university hospital and how he overcome his obstacles. Should be the best medical drama this year if Medical Top Team doesn't surpass it later on when it starts broadcasting in 3 October.

For variety shows I'm only on Grandpas Over Flowers. It's the show I raved about previously, they're back for a season 2 in Taiwan! I'm totally  excited! Normally I won't watch cable variety shows but tVn made the smartest decision EVER by pulling in Na PD (1 Night 2 Days). God I love 1N2D when there was still Na PD, LSG and Kang Ho-dong. I AM TOTALLY EXCITED WHEN I HEARD THE NEWS THAT LSG WILL BE JOINING SEASON 3 WITH MAYBE THE FEMALE LINE OF THIS SHOW. TAKE THAT KBS! (They copied the idea and did a female version of this show.) Hopefully the original make KBS pull their copycat show off the screens.

Okay I need to get my ass down to school for FYP meeting. And it's raining! *whines* And I'm hungry! (too lazy to cook 'cos I'm the only one at home.)
Haven't even touch my Inferno because I was too busy updating my status in drama and my sisters pulled me to play Maplestory with them. -_- 5 days and at level 78.
