Happy Valentine's Day!
Roses for everyone!

Took me some time to take this, using my X10's camera set in macro settings. Light does wonders, bringing the focus to the petals. (:

Had a helluva of a time sending resume emails to various agencies looking for 1 month assignments. Hey, you actually can see lots of interesting jobs out there! :D

Began my usual routine of watching videos. Today was new music videos that were released in the Cpop scene. I haven't been catching up with it, the last time I made myself familiar was when I was still in secondary school. After that was only soundtracks from various Taiwanese dramas that I've watched and taken a liking to. Stefanie Sun's album is coming out soon, Show Lo's too..there haven't been a lot of nice songs that caught my attention. My phone is loaded with songs in many languages, English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Spanish (I think I deleted it already..) and of course, classical.

Still waiting for a decent drama series to come out, be it Japanese or Taiwanese. Or I'll be stuck. Currently on and waiting for Bleach, Fairy Tail, Love Buffet episodes every week. Adding on, Skip Beat, Fairy Tail, Bleach manga chapters. I seem to be running out of things to do. And that got me wondering..are there drama translating jobs here in Singapore? I can combine my hobbies with expertise here.

Oh, I discovered a site on accident:
Jackie Chan's blog. It's quite interesting! He gets to travel all over the world, must admit that he is really doing a lot to give back to the society. Won't it be great if there are more like him? I, for one, can't possibly imagine ****** ****** doing charity work. God, I have absolutely no idea why so many are crazy. Not that I have a grudge or disliking but if they American stars can do more to help their own society, perhaps the world will be so much a better place.

Been picking up books again. Finally borrowed Artemis Fowl and the Atlantis Complex from the library. It's not as good as the previous books. I found myself skipping the parts on Turnball Root. My next target will be the new series of Half-blood Camp from Rick Riordan, the author of the Percy Jackson series. I should also catch up on the Anthony Horowitz series. I love reading children books as there are filled with imagination and creativity, somewhat lacking in adult fiction. except for the only series I follow, the Diane Fallon Forensic Investigation Mysteries by Beverly Connor. Here is her site: http://beverlyconnor.net/Diane_Fallon_Books.html.

It's just watching dramas, CNY, reading, helping out in Orientation 2011 for 4 days all that I spent for the past 3 months. I hardly step out of the house too, except for a few days that I went shopping or whatever. I'm turning into a hermit a.k.a. an otaku. I really need a job! I'm so running low on my monetary reserves. T.T
